Meditation in Buddhism is defined as a method to acquaint our mind with virtue. Virtue is defined as the main cause of happiness. Therefore, meditation is a process that creates our experience of happiness. There are many and varied things that we can choose to meditate on, but certain things produce the greatest and swiftest results for lasting happiness. This course will explore essential meditations that bring real inner peace and lasting happiness that ultimately will transform our life.
