If we were asked which is more important, mental health or physical health, if we are wise we would say mental health. The reason is more profound than what we may initially think. The profundity lies in the fact, that if we attain strong mental health in this life we shall carry this stability forward into future lives, because our mind and body are separate entities. At death we shall leave our old body behind and our mind shall travel to a new body and a new life. The good qualities that we cultivate in our mind shall ensure not only continued good mental health but also excellent physical health. If we wish, we can easily achieve the supreme good health of liberation from ordinary existence and experience everlasting joy. Learn what medicine we need to take to accomplish such health.
