Samudra Kadampa Buddhist Centre

In general, modern life is not easy because we experience stress, frustration, disappointment, and other adversities all too frequently. Buddha taught many methods to either avert or transform such difficulties, so that joy and happiness is experienced instead of misery. One such method is developing the ability to engage in pacifying, increasing, controlling, and wrathful actions. By learning what these actions entail and how to practice them we can accomplish an ever increasing and lasting state of peace, happiness, and contentment.
