Love simply means wishing others to be happy. Our mind of love for others is crucial  for our own well being, as well as our ability to remain in harmony  with them. In deed, whether or not our society remains functional depends upon our love for one another. Since this mind is so important it is very unfortunate that few people ever try to improve the power and scope of their love. In fact, many people find that their love degenerates. In these uncertain times, it is clear that now is the time to heal ourselves with love.

Many people suffer needlessly due to their perception of fear and bad mental habits of worry and anxiety. These states are both feelings and conceptual attitudes. Therefore, we first try to change our faulty conceptions as a basis to gradually being able to control our feelings. Once our feelings are in control, we no longer are tormented by such states. If we make no effort to oppose these faults, then over time they tend to become more powerful and uncontrollable. Thus, our quality of life degenerates from bad to worse. Learn how to release yourself from this misery.
