Whether we realize it or not, the quality of our mind determines all aspects of our life. The true purpose of the spiritual path is to deeply understand the nature and function of our own mind. In this way we will develop uncommon wisdom that will provide us with clear solutions to all problems and suffering. This course will reveal a basic spiritual methodology, that if practiced sincerely, will enable us not only to solve all our problems, but lead us to the ultimate goal of everlasting happiness and joy.

At various times and in particular situations we develop fear. In general, many fears are deemed to be appropriate, justified, and thus they protect us from harm. However, the problem with generating fear is it makes us prone to irrational thinking and behaving. We can easily loose the ability to engage our mind in logic and reason. As a result, we can easily make a bad situation worse. Sometimes much worse. The solution to all types of fear is wisdom. In this course we will explore the minds of wisdom that can dispel our fears
