It is very important to understand the nature and function of our own mind because this will enable us to transcend its current  limitations and attain permanent liberation from suffering. Buddha said, ‘if you realize your own mind you will become Buddha.’ Humans have made startling advances in technology but have made little progress in understanding the mind. The main reason for this is that we do not understand the true nature of the mind. This course will offer an explanation of some of the various parts of our mind and how they function to produce our various daily experiences.
