Modern Buddhism is a special presentation of ancient wisdom for modern people. It is a presentation that is easy to understand and put into practice. One of the main characteristics of this presentation is, we can learn to transform all of our daily activities into the spiritual path. Some people think that they do not need formal structure, guidance, or support to accomplish their spiritual goals. This is completely mistaken. We need structure, guidance, and support because these attributes come from those who have actually achieved permanent happiness. They know what to abandon and what to practice. Such knowledge and experience will ensure that we can gain quick results, if we do what they advise. Discover for yourself the the path of modern Buddhism.

Negativity in our mind is our greatest source of discomfort. Even if our body is racked with pain, if we have a positive mind we shall be able to cope with such unpleasantness. However, if our mind is negative, we shall find such an experience absolutely unbearable, and it is likely that we shall not be able to interact with others without being habitually negative. Habitual negativity alienates us from others and this in turn leads to social isolation. Therefore, whether physically ill or healthy, we need to identify these poisons in our heart and begin to purge them from our mind. In this way, our life will become much more pleasant and our relationships with others more enjoyable.
